Except the noise, everything else is acceptable. The noise is from the neighbor who does not show respect at night with screams and loud music, all of us who pay have the right to rest at night.

difficult.....

Consistant incomplete work orders and emergencies work orders, anything thats been done in my apartment has been a patch job and still a problem to date.
